We’re Roy and Jess—a busy couple who lost track of our health in the chaos of daily life. We finally hit pause, prioritized our well-being, and took charge of our fitness journey.
The Turning Point
It started in May 2024 when we chose to put our health, family, and purpose first.
After years of struggling with fitness, we let go of the “rules” and redefined what health means to us.
At its core, Balance is about one thing: putting yourself first and finding balance within everything!
The Journey
We started Balance Fitness with one goal: build a stronger, happier life through consistency, strength training, and a solid mindset.
Waking up at 4:45 AM became our daily reset—time to train, fuel right, meditate, and reconnect.
For us, fitness is more than physical—it’s mental, emotional, and the foundation for showing up stronger in every part of life: as parents, partners, and for ourselves.
The Results
Life looks completely different now.
Jess is stronger, full of energy, and confident enough to lead by example online.
Roy tackled anxiety, built resilience, and found his rhythm through training and mindfulness.
Putting our health first brought us closer—as partners, parents, and individuals.
Now we train, grow, and stay driven to help others do the same.
